Just change it in vegas u get a better rate in general in the big hotels! For instance you can even buy back your £ if u have a winning trip at same rate u exchanged them at if u ask them to hold your sterling ! Bellagio has brilliant system an you dont have to stay there to use facilitly! Any more info feel free to ask

The Bellagio is the best in Vegas.

It will be 3-4 points better than your local high street ank, but 1-2 points worse than a place like the one linked.
