I'm not so sure about the Handicap idea because the fun of sweepstakes is that someone gets Spain and someone gets North Korea.
Might aswell just bet on our own opinion if every1 is 20/1 and no one has any edge.

Top two pay and a wooden spoon prize too, as with the World Cup? |

Yup Much prefer the handicap idea, as a Wednesday fan it means I can have a prem team to root for this season and would actually love to draw Blackpool or some other shit team. |
