as you may already know, the Fifa World Gala is on tonight and IMO this is Britains best chance of having the official World's Best Player in Mr Lampard.

I agree that Lampard isn't in the same class as Ronaldinho, but he will definitely get 2nd. Has Eto'o done anything spectacular in 2005? He wasn't even the top goalscorer in Spain last season. Lampard has virtually been outstanding for 3 season's.

I do think Lampard, is amazing, and Terry aint far behind him, and obviously Ronaldinho, is unbeatable world over, however i think Eto'o is slighty ahead of Lampard TBH

IMO Shevchenko is a better striker than Eto'o. I think that Shevchenko will be the leading scorer in next years world cup. Ukraine have the easiest group, and he'll score a hatfull.

Terry is so overrated. All I know is this, I would rather have Ledley King in the Spurs defence than Terry

i think crouch is going to be player of the year 2006

its a traveresty that he wasnt player of the year 2005

but that mainly due to him moving from a great club like southampton to a minority team like liverpool
