We have all done things that would horrify our neighbours, but not with malcious inent, but just because it was private, and because we knew it would never go any furhter. We all have things in the closet, and thats where they should stay.

I have laughed at cruel things, said things about people i wouldnt want them to hear, joined in with a crowd, where i might not share their sentiment, but I was just going with the flow.

The Laxie thing is not a Kev crime. It is terrible, but it isnt a crime that Kev should be hung for.

If ANYONE on this forum is prepared to put up a thread entitled "do your worst, tell all the gory things you know about me in here", and then send an e-mail to everyone they know, friends and ememys, and have a no holds barred offering, then I will listen to them criticise Kev on THIS point, and until they do, could you all please reserve your comments, because that is what has happened to Kev!

But the discussion on this thread is Kev being banned, the Laxie incident is only relevant because the two horrible horrible people who started all this, included it with the sole reason to hurt Kev even more.

i havent seen many of those, only from people close to the alleged perpetrator, and a defense mechanism like that is somewhat understandable.

Im sure if you were to start a thread offering symapthy and support for Laxie, then it would get 100 replies before the end of the day. I think that most right thinking people will recoil in horror at the though of what has allegedly taken place.  However, this thread (and the one before it) is basically about Kev. I actually fail to see what relevance his supposed viewing of this video has on the alleged crime.  As others have said, our own moral compasses get screwed up from time to time, and I personally have a hard time judging anybody, based on some of the less that savoury things I have done in my past. Should I be prepared to bring them up the next time I do something a bit silly and expect to be publicly hanged for it ?

i dont think anyone including myself have questioned dawn's character, all i have stated are cold hard facts of the whole night leading up to the video, the same facts i will tell the police when its my turn to make a statement.

i posted that no one had been charged, i was shot down and accused of making it up and then proven that i wasnt, but everyone believes what they want to believe.

i dont condone whats allegedly happened to dawn, i wish her well and hope that she is coping ok with the shit that is undoubtably in her life that this has only added to.

when and if this case comes to a conclusion i will post my full feelings  and views on it completely uneditted for all to see but until then i think its best for everyone involved if i dont post on this thread anymore.

OK people.  I can understand everyone's point of view on here, but because of the situation I am currently in I'm limited as to what views I can express.  In time, but now is not the time.  I do want to say thank you for the support I have received via various outlets.  It really has helped keep me calm through all of this.  I also want to give apologies to Tikay, Rich and the mods.  Man oh man...what a heap ye've landed in now - and I really do feel bad for the lot of you.

Yes, I am angry with Kev (as well as others) and yes I will get over it.  But I'm not just angry about my own situation.  

I was absolutely shocked over the Brendan issue.  I adored Brendan.  In fact, I'd bet my life not one person who ever met Brendan could say otherwise.  To me THAT was the bigger issue in the grand scheme of things.  I can fight my corner.  Kev can fight his.  Brendan can't fight any corner now.  It was his money and it didn't go to his family as and when it should have.  I know it has since made its way, but would it have got there at all if this hadn't been discovered?  None of us truly know the answer to that, but everyone will have their own opinion.  And my opinion wasn't pretty.
