What's the spread on how many times the commentators say the word "young"?

They still say that about players like Higgins

Was thinking he might be a fun one to be with on the spreads.  Be interesting to see how they rate him after the draw is done as has done absolutely nothing all season before the Worlds, although clearly plenty of hype about his long-term ability.

Decided against the outright but had a tickle on his tournament ton ups. Need to check what the spread was and how much I did but looks like it could be a fun freeroll now. Unfortunately only got chance to see the first half of the session.

Reckon he's still got a chance to nick the match?

Cheers.  BBC showed 6-2 earlier when I last checked.  Not a lot of difference really unless he takes the first two frames.  Maguire's been solid since Xmas so don't visualise any reverse here.  I would make Maguire at least 8's on here.  Probably shorter even.  Good luck though as I don't have an interest.

yes, its going to be tough for him. I'm looking forward to seeing how it pans out.

this guy is special... He beats Mark selby hands down at his age! I played mark selby reg in alot of tournements around 12-15 and don't get me wrong you could tell he was going to be something special but this boy could be the new ronnie and make ronnie look like joe Perry!

I've played Mark a few times too. At Willie Thornes club like you say was a serious talent. I wish that when I was 13-14 I knew about betting because I played a certain player called Judd Trump at pontins and my god did that kid finish me off lol! Wish i had put a good few quid on him to be world champion. Him and his brother Jack are both really talented players.

Luca is good but seems to not handle pressure to well.

Ronnie O'Sullivan is so good to watch. I know he is competant with his left hand, but to have the ability to switch in and out for 1 shot is amazing control. The pink he just potted to take that frame was sublime!

Yeah Ronnie is ridiculous still and I'd love for him to win it even though it would cost me money Smiley

I had wanted to oppose Ronnie on the spreads (probably selling his ton ups like I did last year) but it's just too scary a proposition.  He can either get dumped out unceremoniously in Round 1 or go on and win the thing with a couple of maximums for fun.

Think i'm glad I bottled it and bought Ebdon on the outright for a small amount instead for a less risky anti-Ronnie bet.  At least I'm not sweating like 2011 when Higgins did me a big favour!

Another thing I am on though is unders of Mark Williams tourno ton ups.  He's had a pretty average season, including only beating top 10 players twice so can't fancy him to go far in the section of the draw he finds himself in (probably meeting Ronnie IF he gets through).  He also doesn't tend to make loads of centuries (just 15 this season) as is known for just messing about and wanting to move onto the next frame once it is won - especially now the top break prize is out of commission.

The line has moved a bit from the 43 I got, but am tempted to have a bit more at 40 myself after writing that!

Weighed in with make up of 11.  Also did us a favour a couple of times by sticking to the script and deliberately ending 60/70+ breaks when had frame won.
