Great young player
«
on:
August 09, 2010, 07:32:20 AM »
I've just played poker for the last 12 hours with I really think one of the
best youngest players I've seen
he's 18 and this guy will win lots I'm sure
great kid to play he's got the lot tight, loose
he came 2 nd in the £50 fo he got me on the ft I was 6,7
can't rem
then he played a cool cash game
honest he was fantastic
lol here I didn't get his name I just kept calling him baby face
but he's rudders son
he could nail his dad to the wall I think
just thought it was worth a I spotted him first
nice polite well table mannered young kid who is a great player
prob gonna win braclets, I can't belive how good he was for so young
I was lucky on the cash table I got a few quid from the others I ended up even but he won a few quid
I don't back anyone but I offered to stake him live tourneys
he knocked me back git lol
I just can't say enough of how well he plays
Hope this is posted in the right place if not please move it mods cheers

kind words jamie and lots for me to agree with ( although I will claim to have spotted him first! ;-) ) Am very proud of him- hes a good lad, and improving as a poker player all the time. Hes certainly got some game. He was a touch knackered after getting in at 7 this morn. He posts on here occaisonally so we may hear if he makes any progress ( 3 years till he can play for a bracelet though)

Sounds like he could be a contender...
He'll have to get a WSOPE bracelet if he can't wait until he's 21.

another one to watch out for is ben jackson, pauls son. he is always there or thereabouts when he travels with his dad to charity games.. i think he's 16 or 17 so no live game experience, but once he has more live experience under his belt, i'm sure will do well

He is in fact playing the APAT, he's taken my seat in the ME as I can't play it now. Take it down Rudders Jnr.

LOL. I wanted to play it, but Hopkin wants to drive down to Gatwick at 4pm on the Monday - and it'd be a faff trying to get down myself in the evening. I'm still playing the 6-max and will be there for the .50/1 cash games.

Poor read. It was a blatant beat post.
He is off to Vegas with 18 bags and a Cos.
Which means he will come back busto and there will be another 18k to add to the debt problems in Greece.
