help needed.,,..i want to buy a car in brighton.,.,im in cardiff.,.,the guy is affraid of giving his bank details to me to send him a £1000 deposit to hold the car till tuesday,,,i will then pay the £15,500 balance in cash..,.,
what other ways are there of me sending him a casg deposit asasasp.,.,i am buying the car without seeing it.,.,he is very cautious.,.,which is fair.,.,

Sigh, sending your account number and sort code is not risky.  These are at the bottom of any cheque he writes.  You can't take money from an account with just this information.

If he's reluctant to give you his bank details, then I can't imagine he's going to be happy putting the money in escrow (with the associated costs as well).

Also, is it wise for you to buy a car unseen?  Braver man than me.

ive told him this but the guy is about 70 i think by the sounds of him,,,i buy cars all the time without seeing them..upto now ive been ok mate lol.,.,.,
its a 2007 bmw conv full service his low miles etc,..,.,ive seen lots of pics.,.,this sometimes saves a lot od time
