I detest it 1,000 times more when its a sponsored pro that does it. A million times more when it a sponsored pro does it in an online or sponsored event for the room they represent.

James Sudworth @ PKR was always terrible for that.

Yeh so so bad. A shame because when I met him (once only) he was very nice guy.

Another day, another nearly.

Came 39th in the biggest weekly tournament, the super Tuesday. Lost a big pot with QJ v KQ on JTx for alot of chips on a v good table, v sad to lose.

Came 2nd in the hot 100 on stars.fr and 9th in the 200 6max, lots of close scores, recently and its pretty sick heh, just gotta keep grinding through. June has been a very, very good month so far though.

Also looking like that Ill go and play the main. I saw so many threads have a lot of investors and a lot of chasing up.

Does anybod think it's unfair to do it like:

20% chunks = 1.15
10% chunks = 1.18
5% chunks = 1.2
1% chunks = 1.25

Or would people be more put off that way?

I saw the bustout and was brutal, the guy just put all his money in hand before with second pair (K8), obv a complete fish and was a sick run out for u v him too. Obv a complete punter.

Although not sure on your MU's can understand why, but perhaps a bit harsh on those who just can't afford to buy bigger chunks.

Yeh but I figured that 1.25 was actually still good value.

Thinkig of going earlier and playing

21 jun 2500 nl 4 max
22 jun 400 Venetian
24 jun 3000 WSOP
25 jun 2500 Venetian
27 jun 1100 Venetian 6max
28 jun 1100 Venetian

Instead and if doing well staying in Vegas and playing the one drop (1111) and the main. Looked at flights now which are good.

Decisionsssss

Looking at how WSOP stakes have gone, think you are struggling to find someone in for 10, never mind 20. Plus you are late in as some have already done their nuts in with staking as it is.

Hit it straight down the middle perhaps? 1.2 is fantastic value also, but 1.25 good as well of course

You can see that I have tournaments of every day of my duration. This will be a purely professional holiday, I wont be taking any days off, I will be grinding because Im spending a lot of money and time on this and Im not going for fun. Those who know me properly know that I barely ever drink (I havent been drunk in 2013 and probably 2 or 3 times in 2012 at the most) I dont enjoy clubbing or any of that lark, Im there to win money.

This made me smile.

Think your schedule looks a little weird.  The easiest NLH tournaments at the WSOP are the weekend ones and the 1000s are a bit easier than the 1500s.  Yet you miss the weekend 1000 and 1500 and play the Monday 3000, which I'd expect to be quite a bit tougher.  Selling at 1.2 in the 1000s and 1500s would probably be value, in the 3000 less likely to be so.

I realise I am playing the 3k, but am only there for a week so am forced a bit, but I am also playing the Sunday 1k, and would definitely be in the 1.5 if I got there a day earlier.

Wish you the best of luck in Vegas. Thought the idea of offering a volume discount with your staking made perfect sense and might have saved you some admin. I have never been involved in staking but this was a proposition i'ld have jumped at in a heartbeat. In the unlikely event that a % becomes available I would be delighted to invest.
