I just absolutely love poker. The whole game, sure so much frustrates me but (and this is going to sound so so so bad) I think I, very good and I'm very proud of that. I feel when I'm playing I, so,confident and comfortable in every spot. It's weird because usually when you're n a downswing (I kinda am ATM) you feel different, the opposite in fact, doubting yourself etc

I've decided with friends, family and poker friends that next year ill make the biggest commitment of my life and go for the top status of poker stars. Supernova Elite. I'm always a nearly manor a do it tomorrow man. I always tell myself it's fine il have a few more hours in bed or ah it's fine il send that email tomorrow.

Supernova Elite status would mean I would have to play on average 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would most likely have to 8 table zoom to be confident to do it.

This means no wasting hours. No putting things off. If I do miss a schedule day then it means il have to make it back.

The main thing is that even if I don't make sne (ill be v v v v v disappointed) it will put me on the track for a serious grinding year in 2014.

I've spent too much time prancing around and not playing more than 5-10 hurs a week asides from Sunday as I've been v secure financially. It's time to be a professional, do things well and make a good go of this.

Mentally I often gt superstitious. If I lose the first flip of the day il tell myself sometimes ok today won't be my day and il quit. This won't be an option next yer.

The goal between now and January will be to obtain supernova status which will allow me the best rate of vpps and fpps next year. So far this yer I've made 50,000 vpps next year I need to make 1,000,000!!

The overall rake back bonus would equate to around 160,000 and then I will aim to make 2-3bb/100 to allow myself very comfortable profits on top.

I will likely be taking action on it if anybody wants to bet.

I haven't worked out whether to do the 1.2x rate (going crazy fast at the sort and allowing time off later) or doing the 0.7x (Jared tendler approach) and building up the pace.

The week wcoop finishes I will be doing 1 week of full sne grind testing. At the end of October I will do 2 full weeks testing and then at the end of November I will do another 2 weeks,testing.

Will also be posting football bets and keeping them updated on here. I think I've posted maybe 30 bets on blonde lifetime and would be up over 30 points (lol sample size) but I obviously have this fishy image in TFT. I will post them and run a score.

I'm very interested in the half time/full time bets and think the draw/weaker time lines are often pretty good so will e looking into some form of teams over the next week.

Action up to 50k I guess, maybe more. I'd need odds I think due to there being v v few guys who have done it this way and its a huge huge grind. If you're ill for 2 weeks its v v hard to get back.

3/1 sound fair? So my 50-150woukd be max I think.

Where you gonna live because it doesn't look like Hungary is a good shout. I'm not sure its the most optimal in terms of potential $ if you could stay as motivated to play on eurosites/Tilt all the time. I'm not even sure cash games would have the greatest terms of ev for you if wanted to purely play them. I feel like saturdays/sundays are almost too good to miss. Personally I plan on playing a lot more cash next year and I doubt any of that will be on Pokerstars. SNE is just such a huge goal and I feel like it stunts a significant amount of people that go for it. If I was in your spot I'd be looking at the moving up in the cash game scene. I think you can do it, I'm pretty sure you think you can do it, so stop being a br nit and get on out there.

The last guy even works for PS! His stuff looks really good. If you head down this road it would be very silly in my opinion to not even try this sort of thing with him.

edit: More action lower the odds obviously as motivation is huge at 50k @ 3/1 but 1k @ 5/1 isn't really the same.
