What the hell is that supposed to be. I don't think anyone knows. I ordered it once out of curiosity, got a bit of chicken with a banana on top of it. No sauce no nuthin, just chicken and banana.

Well I've searched high and low for it on many trips to Hong Kong and wider round SE Asia and the closest I've found is peking duck, but no panckes obv. I understand its a Taiwanese dish really.............
