Up there with the Lions tour for me. Must be something about people coming together from different places to become one team. Tilts me that the England football team never gave the impression thats what they wanted to do.
If there's one thing worse than England football fans it's England rugby fans.
lol. no way?!
Lions Tours are fantastic (granted its made by the Welsh, Scottish and Irish)
My theory on all this is the US hate playing in pairs, the big pros on their team have an inherent selfishness borne of decades of single minded development. Put them in singles and they play better/to form...and generally win them overall as today
was thinking this myself also today; Tiger being prime example- not great in a team but him on his own today and he wiped the floor

I have had the misfortune of being stuck in a pub with about 200 England rugby fans.
It was completely awful.
I forgot about the "Barmy Army".
They are the worst of the whole lot of them.

Its very rare they misbehave badly, you were very unlucky, unless you just didn't like them cus they were toffs or whatever. In 30 years of going to watch rugby I don't think I've seen a single incident of bad misbehaviour, that's why we aren't segregated at games and can still drink beer whilst watching the games etc

Racist, sexist, offensive and aggressive without any actual violence, but believe me it wasn't very nice.

Just looked at the market and really can't see McCoy at 2/1.
Jess Ennis is gorgeous and must have a shout at 8/1.
But I would Gmac is a strong favourite now and definitely 7/4 is fair value.

I would be very cautious about the bet, Darren Clarke looked like a shoo in a few years ago and Zara Phillips won it, its a very week year and if his major had been the masters then he would look a cert as it was shown on terrestrial tv, it is a very fickle market to get involved in

Clarke would have won by a street if the NotW hadn't decided to poker its nose into his private life.

I've got £6 on Mcdowell at 20s.
As soon as it looked like it could go down to the last match i got online and found VC as the only firm with active prices. Asked for £50 on him, got offered £6 and then they insta changed him to 4/1.
Pretty tilted now hes 7/4.

I wonder if Kev has realised yet that Poulter is a beast of a player?
