with no other info on the players i would fold. The risk to reward ratio isn't good for you in my opinion. If you shove and get called you will prob be in bad shape.
Never seen you comment on PHA where you haven't said fold
Sorry George. You're right though. I probably do need to raise my aggression levels as well as improve my poker ability. Thats why i occasionally have a little go at these PHA puzzles.
In this particular case, i came to the conclusion that the two best options were either shove or fold. I wasn't too keen on the raise option because i felt that with hero's stack size raising and folding wasn't a good option and by shoving there would be a better chance of taking the hand down pre-flop.
I went for the fold option for the following reasons:-
UTG+1, who appears to be a tight player has shown strength by raising. He may, or may not have a good hand that he's prepared to go with. The Cut-off, who is apparently playing tight and hoping to fold into the money, has also shown strength by calling the initial raise. He may have a hand that he will lay down to hero's shove, but, there is a possibility that he's flat called with aces or kings to induce a re-raise. The blinds are still to act, so there is a chance that one of them could wake up with a better hand to shove with.
Anyway, i enjoy learning the errors of my ways when you all put me right so keep them coming folks.
