2 nights ago on stan james poker bradley came 3rd in a tourny that feeds into an 800 buck online to the WPT. He was hugely excited until he looked at the prize page again. It said only 1 person qualified. He looked again at the promotion page and it clearly said top 3 players qualified. he called stan james who told him that 2 players qualified. he was deflated and upset that he had spent over 3 hours playing and went all in with a duff hand at 3rd place, thinking he was through.
Tonight stan james called to say they were buying him the 800 buck seat. thats what they advertised so they were keeping to their word.
poor bradley has had a roller coaster ride of emotions the last 2 days but hes a happy camper now. im sure you will all wish him good luck for the febuary tourny. bring home the bacon brad thumbs up thumbs up thumbs up thumbs up thumbs up dad dont dance

Well done Bradley and well done Uncle stan james

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
