Good websites for organising journey, rather than cheapest journey

I know a bunch of screen scaper/price comparison sites for flights, but I'm looking for a website that is best for advising on the best direct/fast journey I can do, as I have a trip to Vilnius, Lithuania next week and I am struggling to find a site where I can just punch in some dates, times etc and they can tell me what my fastest/most convienent options are - all the price comparison ones don't really do that, also it may well be I'm better off getting a train or someink as part of my journey, which they dont usually advise.

Anyone got any suggestions?

You can search on expedia based on your preferred travel times instead of price....
