just a note i have been asked to pass on  from kev to blondes that were in attendance at the G casino for the APAT weekend

whilst enjoying a tbone steak in the restaurant this evening with kev we were approached by the management to accopmpany them to the office for a chat.
after initially laughing it off we realised that they were in fact serious and that there was a police officer waiting to have a chat with us.
completely unaware why they would want to talk to us i asked kev if he had been trying it on on the roulette.

upon entering the office the officers first words were "obviously yo know why u are here" to which we replied that we didnt.
we were then informed that a female who was in the building had reported that she felt intimidated by kev and myselfs presence in the casino. he told us that the woman in question was involved in a case that was still under investigation where no charges are yet to be brought and would like us removed from the premesis.

obviously neither kev or myself are daft and realised who and what the police officer was getting at but informed him that neither of us are linked to the case in any way, neither of us have ever been interviewed regarding the case and that neither of us in no way at all had spoke to or been near the female in question let alone intimidated her!

so after leaving my local casino, kev has asked me to post this to apologise for his sudden disappearance to his friends that were there that he hasnt seen for a while and might not see again for a whlie and became quite emotional in the taxi back to the club as he was unable to say goodbye to his friends.

Meh, im sure there is some confusion here. I can't believe that the female concerned wouldnt have done such a thing.

I have been at the casino most of the weekend and can see no reason why she would do that.

This is a wind up right?

Firstly I like Kev

Sometimes in life you drop the ball. Kev is writing a very articulate diary at the moment.

We all make mistakes and we all can look for sympathy, or write not wanting sympathy and still get it.

What I would like to see from Kev is to turn the corner and admit he has fucked up. I honestly believe he is dragging his sentence out.

His diary mostly consists of Blah Blah Blah I'm skint.

I'm sure getting a job will lead to other things improving. I want Kev to succeed. But there are no free tickets in life and there is no use
in licking your wounds.

I wish Kev all the best. Get your suit on and sell yourself. Voluntary work is fine when your loaded. No1 must come first.

If it was down to a set of new clobber to get Kev suited and booted for interviews. He knows where i am.

Don't please think I'm being hard or ruthless I could tell you things that would make the toughest man weep.

Regards

There are some people who fall on hard times/encounter emotional distress and play the victim role excessively and end up wallowing in their own pity. From the last diary entries especially, I would definitely not say this is true of Kev, in fact he is doing hell of a lot of positive stuff (apart from the ukelele thing obv).

I dont know you but know Kev, I think that your post is absolute dog shite. Buy the man a suit  what shite, he's going through a very difficult time and although he did wrong is coming out of this showing more class and heart than your post does.

He may not feel emotionaly ready to go back to the real paid world of work but is working harder than most people in (real jobs) and i am sure is having a much greater impact on peoples lives than some bloke behind a keyboard wanting to bring up the past.

rant over

and if you are reading Kev, i think your blog is great and the help you are giving people in you situation will far outway how much money you ever make in your life.
