Hi Guy's

Good luck Blonde Poker. I will miss being part of the team but have no doubt we will still be having a few drinks together in Bolton.

Taking the offer from APAT to be captain of their team was not an easy choice, believe it or not, but it is too bigger honour to be given to possibly turn down. I knew about this a while ago but could not tell anybody and wanted to continue in the league to support Blonde (which remains my home forum) and continue the great friendly rivalry with Jack, that will resume again on Saturday in Coventry. I was also enjoying it and did not want to drop out.

I honestly hope it comes down to APAT Vs Blonde for the 1st place, obviously I now have to support APAT but if we are out of it and Blonde are in with a chance I will be cheering you all on.

The very best of luck to everybody for the rest of the league, taking part has been great even though I knew I was not able to win. Good luck to Jack/Allyson with picking the replacements in the Blonde team, that is not an easy task.

Rodders

PS - I offically challenge the Blonde Captain to a last longer bet, the loser has to buy a round of drinks for the winners team :-)

Am I too late to take part? I am gonna have to run like usain bolt
Not that it is anything to do with me any more but I would say no. Play in it and then put your case to the captain to be put in one of the empty spaces (of which there is at least one), obviously a good number of league points would help the cause.

Good luck mate and really hope to see you in Bolton

Well done Steve, a great honour and richly deserved.

I wondered why you'd stopped playing - I thought you wanted someone else to sort the shirts out
