Any tournament that is going to start at 7.30/8.00 and finish that night is always gonna be a crapshoot eventually so may as well just get it over with and increase the hourly imo.

Was fairly amazed at the standard of play from people complaining about the structure who seemed to be really peeved about the damage these changes will do to their self-professed "edge" lol.

Pyso,

I don't mind criticism, we need it to keep improving things at the club, its actually welcomed and helps us,

So you Don't mind Criticism But only a week ago you banned a member for it?

We get criticised equally as much on our face book group, but the tone and manner is different to forums,

I would imagine this is the distinction that is key. Criticism, but constructive criticism, is what Rob is asking for

There's a big difference between criticism and accusing someone of theft.

Fwiw it didn't accuse anyone of theft!

Please feel free to point out where I did. It was very much a poorly selected turn of phrase. And also fwiw, money was quite clearly taken from the prize pool, although I can now appreciate robs stance on this, I believe it should be made expressly clear.

I don't want to turn this into a debate, and I won't, but please do say things that simply aren't true! I posted on here to point out that sometimes something you say can come across the wrong way. I think it is more evident it was a mistake, given the fact I apologised immediately rather than stand my ground!

...

It did come across as if you were saying DtD were cynically just taking the money; just as the subject of this thread is entirely reasonable - but the name of it isn't quite appropriate - both things are just a question of careful wording.

Correct Rex, Pyso thought it was appropriate to start a brand new thread solely about hating the DTD schedule, so I had a pop back by telling him he was a jockey for doing that, end of, no halm done, no hard feelings, it never entered my mind to ban him.

In fact, I have only ever barred 3 people from Dusk Till Dawn for writing stuff (Mick Mccool being the first), this is a minuscule/microscopic % of the poker community that has criticised Dusk Till Dawn at some point, and it is 0.0075% of our membership to be exact. These stats demonstrate and prove without a shadow of a doubt, I would not/have never/will not bar anyone for being critical.

I will on occasion answer back if I feel they are being a bit unfair. But, for the avoidance of doubt, I would consider barring someone (no matter much £££ they spend in the club), if I believe they have lied about DTD, been slanderous about DTD, or been malicious towards DTD, for the simple reason that I don't want them in our club, why would we want to mix with anyone who has done that, we are a private club, there is no right of entry. So, criticise away, it genuinely helps us improve things.

Cheers Rob
