I have now been waiting for the broadband since the first week of oct I have tried in vain to contact them only to be fobbed off with varied excuses as to why it still has not arrived. does any one Know the telephone number i can call to get a direct answer as every number i have called i have been " transferred" to another department only to be left on hold, thus running up massive telephone bills. I believe I am being billed also for the service i am yet to receive.

Mo, send Eck a PM.  I had a similar problem and he really helped to escalate things and it was eventually sorted.
