Is it wrong to say I was trying to look like I was out of line? Tongue

I always shove river here just because the check calling to me looks like a non believer and the river bet smells of a blocking bet, I always think if they thought they were good that far then they will pay off.....but I guess it should be a case of I've won enough or I've lost enough......cheers for the advice.

FWIW, got 2 outered! Only reason I ask...

Not sure I like shoving the river.  For sure you are probably ahead but what calls a shove that you beat??  Only thing I can think of is an overpair or a decent jack and given preflop and flop he doesn't have the overpairs in his hand very often  and the jacks rarely call the flop.

so you're hoping for Jxcc or 88 to hero you down after taking that line? I don't think were super ahead of his lead calling range here.

Shoving river would be awful. Pre is lol. Bet less on flop
