Easy fold.

If the guy's bluffed you he's done good and will soon be out of your way playing much higher limits.

Would you always play this pre? This is a pass always.

As played I raise the flop.

Passing now seems best.

I specifically avoided saying pass pre because the question only asked about the river.

Yes this is a bad hand that will get you in all kinds of messes like this one whether you hit a house or a flush. You're hardly ever going to make a nut hand as there's only A35 or 357 + quads that make the nuts.

When you make the nuts nobody is going to pay you off.

Not a bad hand for calling a 3 bet against a flop spewer with obvious aces but other than that I hate it.

No I wouldn't normally play this but I was one tabling while waiting for a mate to come round and was on the button, obviously I pass this otherwise.
But as fold this is an easy fold on river then you are saying?

I think your line in the hand is best, I would have played the same
I can see defo the argument for raising the flop and I often would but I think its good to have 2xxx's in your range to peel the flop, peel again when you make a boat and then the river is a pretty easy fold imo
PreFlop HAS to be a fold anything else is a pretty big leak even in position but I think you know this Wink

nice hand well played
