If that refers to my comments, I have shot since I was 13. I was taught very well.

I have also shot with too many clowns in my time. Learn it day 1 and it comes natural! I am all for people shooting as a discipline, but safety is paramount, and that's got nothing to do with nanny state!

In response to the original question, no it isn't.

It's entirely up to you to decide when to give your child a present.

However by letting him have it on the 24th it just becomes a gift as opposed to a Christmas present so you still owe him one.

I don't care how much Santa paper you wrapped around it if it's opened before the 25th it's not a Christmas present.
