my best resolution was to quit smoking last year midnight tonight i have completed a whole year....after 20 years smoking and i feel good!!


anyone else got any great accomplishments of fails??

No more New Years resolutions for me, not that I ever did any. Have pretty much given up anything fun in life.

My new years resolution last year was to save up enough money to buy a velcro wall.

i had several attempts
i was hypnotised,patches,gum,inhaler,even the wonder drug champix

my daughter 11 at the time
complained of stomach ache i told her it was because she never eat enough fruit and veg

she replied ill eat my veg when you stop smoking .........and here we are
