I've decided not to drink in 2011, it was not easy at midnight tonight with Jake on an absolute mission but i managed to get through the night Cheesy
hope you achieve what you set out o do its all will power

mrs fish has now decided as of last night to give up the fags aswell
lets hope she sticks to it gl to her.....
and all who make and try to stick to a new years resolution

i'm going to pack in the cigs too.  Starting Tuesday though - if I try this weekend i'm doomed to failure from the off.

Two resolutions for me, lose one stone in next 6 weeks then weigh in on 31/12/2011 a stone lighter than i am today.

Complete 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps with 100KG bench press.
