Hi,
I thought I already had an account here but couldn't get the username/password.
I wondered if the situation in this thread on 2+2 had come to your attention Tikay? Ridiculous decision by support (small amount of money but that's not the point):
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/internet-poker/sky-poker-tiebreaker-closest-button-wins-prize-1090172/
Basically, 2 players with the same stack busted on the same hand on the bubble and one player got all of the prize money (it should have been split):
Agent22:33:58 Okay deciding on who gets third and fourth is not decided on who has the highest card or not. It is decided on who is sitting next to the dealer button. So you were big blind and he was small blind that is why he got third place, he was sitting next to the player that had the dealer button.
Customer22:34:25 where is this stated?
Agent22:34:38 That is poker rule.
Nevermind, the guy just posted that he got refunded. Result!
You still need to educate your support staff on the basic rules of poker (although that's not an issue that's unique to Sky lol).
I trust that the glitch in the software has been fixed also, so players that don't know this rule themselves don't lose out?

Sir.
No, I had not seen that thread on 2+2, & I, err, sort of got, well, Banned on 2+2, so but of a struggle to respond. Hopefully, my Ban has expired now, so I can respond. I love responding on 2+2, the kids are so nice, & erudite.
Was it you that was disadvantaged in that situation? If so, let me know, & I'll sort out some recompense.
