First met Dave in 2002 at Notts Gala.

He was always friendly and despite having some tough times recently always asked me how my health was and bore his troubles with a smile and a joke.

Still a shock that he's gone.

RIP Dave

DTD have set up a collection for the family. News was announced by Mr Trumper this evening, collection on the cash desk.

Didn't really know Dave, but played at same table a few times. Was always a gentleman. Will be missed. RIP.
