i'm really not the man to ask about fitness. I get tired just thinking about it.

I'm getting pretty pissed off with LA Fitness and I havent even signed up yet.  This is supposed to be the easy part... I actively am looking for a membership and they won't tell me how much it costs or allow me to speak with a 'membership specialist'.

I have rang twice now and am edging towards the council swimming pool as a result!

Oh my, how well I remember THAT!

I watched it in a TV Gallery at the BBC Centre in Wood Lane, White City, with a girl who was a graphics operator. On the monitor I was viewing it on, a graphic flashed up "Tony Kendall is a love machine", & I nearly had heart failure. It was only viewable internally, but, you know, mistakes can happen, & I nearly crapped myself.

That aside, WHAT a match!

Yes I would defo include Gary Mac in my all time leeds team, i started going to elland road in 1991/92 and whilst i have obviously heard lots of things about the great leeds teams I couldnt really have a player in my all time leeds team without seeing them play live. 

My team would look like this*, I will probably get stick from some of the leeds lads for some inclusions but my decisions are based on the time they played for leeds not what they did after.

Its taken me about 30 mins to select this as I keep changing my mind, probably would change half the team if people start throwing names out there, but these are mainly players I really enjoyed watching.

I've read loads of about LA Fitness being a bunch of skanks, making it near impossible to actually cancel memberships etc.

Why not just go for a run? why do we as a society have to pay someone to be able to go and work out in their building?  swimming is about one of the only things i'd considering being a member of somewhere for. Running machines etc all seem pointless.

Viduka was pretty close tbh, almost dropped Cantona for him.  When Viduka beat Liverpool by himself it was one of the best displays I have ever seen.

Was a great game. I felt the same about Viduka when he made his debut v Morton. He crushed them.
