We're getting a regular £2/5 game every friday night these days, which is good for business. Another fun line-up this week, and the game was one of the biggest I've ever played. Everyone bought in with at least £1500 and there were plenty of reloads and there were straddles to 20, 40 even 80 some hands.
I lost pots early on with KK<Q4 and QQ<62o to get me stuck about £1k, but won a decent pot off Sean with a set and made a nice read on Will Fry who I knew to be "at it" when he 4bet to £435, I piled £1.4k with
and got it through without at sweat. Then won a nice pot where I opened KK utg to £20, Terry 3bet to £65 and got 3 cold callers! I made it £350, Terry folded and I got two callers! So just the £1.2k in there pre...I won no further bets, on the K98 board however. Pretty unlucky right?!
We were wrapping up for the night (the £2/5 had broke and we joined the £1/2 game), I was winning about £1300 and it was "last hand" and Terry told me he would 3bet me with any two cards if I opened. I said I'd 4bet him whatever I had. Looked down at
