Re: the hands I think the best way to proceed if you're going to raise the flop is to bet turn, as your raise looks so FOS that you're going to get floated a lot imo. Then jam club/9 rivers and prob give up others, you'll also be giving yourself a better price on a river bluff. J or T river could also be good. But yeah fold flop.
Second hand think river is fine.
