Lots of things to blog about so wanna get them in before I forget about them.

Escape Room experience

Ridic sick. So good. Keith, Stato and I paid 66 euros to go into this room, be handcuffed to the wall separately and we had an hour to escape.

There was such a huge array of different puzzles and different kinda skills needed to solve each one and get closer and closer to safety. We ended up one puzzle /2/3 minutes from the end before our time ran out so we failed! 75% of groups fail this particular one, but we were still ridic tilted that we failed. It was so hard and I'd bet against any group of 3 people to escape in the time.

Such a great experience / challenge though, and there's them in all cities around europe now, defo gonna do loads more of them.

Keith wins more money and Timex suffers BIG

So we played the 2k turbo after the escape room, morale very high. I busted and played the 500 hyper and busted that 4 off the money (sigh!). Keith went on to final the 2k. I stuck around to rail.

I found out that on the final table was a guy (Sam Chartier) who'd bought 1500% of himself with Timex at 1.2 markup I think. So basically instead of playing 2.2k to play this tournament, he paid 37k! And Timex had to pay him 15x whatever he cashed for.

This is a standard thing Timex does for people. They ask for a quote and he gives them a price. Doesn't even have to be yourself, people can buy 10% of Phil Ivey in the WSOP main, and Timex will quote them like 4.1 markup or something ridic. In a EPT 2k turbo, this guy got 1.2 and he bought 1500% of himself.

He beat Keith heads up! So Keith got 30k for 2nd and this guy got 43k 600k!!! for off timex for first!

He said he's had a couple of painful days around this size before but sounds like he prints from the whole venture generally. Hilar variance though!

EPT

We've bagged 128k for day 3 after a very steady day 2. Bring on tomorrow. Got a ridic table with O'dywer, Ben Heath and Urbanovich.
