Prague day 7Final night in paradise.
After a fairly lazy / relaxing day enjoying the comforts of our awesome hotel for the last time, we headed out into town. We'd booked a table at a really posh steak place, where they sold ridiculously priced "Kobe" beef and succulent steaks and tons of sushi. I've never heard of Kobe beef and hadn't had a profitable enough trip to ball out and spend 50 quid on a steak. I got a standard rump steak with red peppercorn sauce and mash potato. Was lovely, but nothing extraordinary.
The best part of the meal was the starter a few of us had. Goats cheese on nacho's and salad. It was absolutely incredible. I don't remember ever having goats cheese before, and I hardly ever eat salad so it was an unusual choice for me, but I felt like trying something new and I'm so glad I did. Present at the meal was the whole of team eureka, minus stato who had made a deep run in a side event and Mark. Plus some of the dealers we know from DTD / the circuit - Christie, Lewis (Lewis on blonde) and the lovable Jilly. Nice to have a few new faces to talk to, not that we were getting bored of each other at all, in fact, quite the opposite (imo anyway...), but really enjoyed catching up with them.
Stato finished 5th in the comp and joined us for the end of the meal. We then headed to a bar, a swanky affair with beds and pillows instead of chairs. Was pretty awesome and we all had some manly [ ] cocktails. Poor Lewis asked to be taught the rules of credit card roulette...We got to heads up and I was obv still left in and he was too, I honestly wanted (alright, half wanted) to lose, but I didn't, and the poor chap had to pick up the tab. He enjoyed it though and wants to play again he said #lovesthepain
We went back to the seven floor club of the other night. It was pretty dead as it was a sunday, but we had an absolutely cracking time nonetheless. Played drinking games again to get smashed quickly, headed on to the dancefloor and busted out the moves. I decided to appoint myself wingman to one of the group, who I thought would make a lovely match for one of the aforementioned ladies. This handsome bachelor came out of his shell brilliantly and was an instant hit. Really enjoyed the wingman role and was very satisfying to see my plans come off spectacularly. Great sucess all round! Can't name names of course...
The night might've been even better than Friday, had such a good time. A tiny bit of bickering towards the end of the trip, but all in all, we just all get on so well there's never any issues / arguments (except when Mitch grims everybody out of their minibar contents

). As soon as we landed we'd made plans for dinner/night out on Wednesday, so that says something in itself. Really loving life at the moment as I'm sure you can all tell! It was such a sick week, better than Greece/Slovenia, close to the first Prague trip in March, I think better. #whenwillitend
