Hi all and welcome to the Poker Hand Analysis child board.

Please feel free to start any threads regarding specific hands, how to play certain cards, when to fold, etc.

Any questions/suggestions regarding the board, then please post on this thread.

Also, please remember that this board is on a trial run. If it is successful, then we will seriously consider about moving into a prime position on the main page of the forum. This option has already been mulled over, but, intially, we thought we'd try it out here and see how it popular it becomes.

Hopefully this board will provide a good start in clearing up some space on the 'general discussion' board whilst giving you poker nuts a separate place to discuss the ins and outs of certain hands, plays, and positions.

Personally, I love talking about various situations in poker, and I'll be more than happy to join in with any discussions. Please feel free to do the same. If you're a lurker, then this is a great chance to get involved and give us your opinion. If you're a regular, then I get the feeling I won't have to even ask.

Cheers.

post a new topic on this board

you can copy and paste in a hand history from your site, that's one way

and alternative is to ask us what we would do at the key point in the hand

give us as much info as you know on the table, your opponents styles and what you were thinking

Just in case you mean in terms of presentation:

-- Space out the information. Perhaps gaps inbetween each betting round for example.
-- Remove pointless data such as date, time, hand number, etc.
-- Remove any repeated details.
-- Change the As, Ah, etc into a card.

when to fold, etc.
Anytime I re-raise with no hand on the river.
