Just hope they don't give him the rest of the money in this transfer window, there might be another club he wrecks on the horizon.

I think a lot of neutrals want to see QPR & Harry stay in the prem

Sarcasm?

Nothing against QPR but the players and Harry are very dislikable bunch even by football standards.

+1 'arry is such a scrote and whilst I don't particularly dislike qpr I'd prefer others to stay up
no I'm in a minority then. I like Harry and would much prefer to see other teams relegated

Snaffled 10/1 Remy top scorer.

Taarabt 4, Cisse 3.

6/7 goals could possibly win this.

Sure to start most games of the 16 games.

Thoughts Camel/Andrew?

Be a bit surprised if we see Cisse in the hoops again.

Think you're right about 6/7 winning it.

Will will make enough chances for him to score 6 or 7 is thee big question.

10/1 probably value, don't think he will make it though.

Hope he does!

Would Fernandes be sensible enough to put a release clause in for relegation for Remy, M'Vila etc?

I know the owners are mega funding it, but the scale of the losses if you do go down stuck with the current squad/wage bill will be horrendous

From the rumours I've heard, yes.

Whether that is the case for Diakite, SWP, Johnson, Zamora etc etc etc etc etc etc is more doubtful

Sad

just asked on the Newcastle thread. Would wages for Remy not be higher if he had signed at Newcastle. I assumed wages would be good at Newcastle

I'm guessing much higher at QPR. Less rigidity in the wage structure I would expect

Three hours closer to France/Eurostar

Attractions of London

and Harry doing his sales patter

Not sure if this is true, but just read at a QPR he'll be allowed to leave for £4 if QPR get relegated.

More transfer % and signing on fees for Remy and agent + higher wages at Loftus Road

Ridiculous if true. He's hardly going to be motivated to play hard.

10% of £4 wouldn't get him a tube ticket to West Ham.

sort of jumping between here and Newcastle thread but apparently Bosingwa earns more than anyone at Tottenham Huh?

Quite a bit more as well.

Spurs have a wage cap put in place by the chairman, Daniel Levy. It has stopped us from getting some players for sure, but we're doing alright and the club is in an excellent position financially.

There was a rumour that Darren Bent was on 95k a week and that this was the straw that broke the camel's back, so when he went, Levy said "no more". How true that is, who knows?

There's always the fantastic story that Darren Anderton had it written into his contract that he had to be the spud on the biggest wage. Each time they signed someone on a bigger salary that him, he had his wage bumped up. Even though he spent most of his time on the physio bench.

He famously turned down united when Beckham left.
