I really couldn't decide between the 2, i'm a big Fabregas fan, i just thought its possible that Nasri will enjoy the space that Essien provides him a little bit more than Fabregas would and will get forward to join the attack with more speed. I don't know, very close.

I wasn't really taking form into account regarding Rooney, i took into account more the 1 player from each team rule and was keen to have Vidic as my CB and captain, hes super solid and reads the game excellently. Also, i think Tevez and Torres are just as good as Rooney if not better (same bracket of top top striker).

So are you in the camp of Terry's past it/shit ? Imo Rooney >>>>>>> Tevez,Vidic>Terry.

Lol no way, Tev is an animal, brilliant player

Tevez >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Rooney

He is Brilliant but there is a level above that, imo Rooney is at that level and Tevez isn't.

You really think Rooney is better then Tevez considering that Tevez has been playing up front by himself an awful lot? I think Tevez is showing just how immense a player he really is. We all know that Rooney can be brilliant but I reckon the excuses are starting to wear a bit thin for him now. A full season out of form is just not good enough.

No Terry is still all class but i'd rather have Essien or Drogba in my team from Chelsea

I think Terry/Rooney >>>>>> Vidic/Essien or Drogba but it's obv close.I was possibly a bit overzealous with my inclusion of Carroll as although I think he has the potential to reach the top, potential is all it is at the minute plus I think a partnership of Rooney/Tevez and Carroll would be incred now. Also Enrique is absolutely quality and would be good enough to play for a top 4 side so I may had a little jig about with my team.

Rooney did the exact same thing only better for Man U.Every player has gone through a long bad spell.

FWIW Tevez played 29 league games for Man U 08/09 and got 5 goals.Man U won the league that season and he got 5 goals ? In his defense the 29 games is appearances so some may be subs but that's still pretty poor.

True but he wasn't being used properly, was he? It's almost the same as saying that Rooney didn't live up to his potential when Ronaldo was playing. I understand that Fergie had to accomodate several ridic talented players in his side but that meant that one or two could not play in their best position.

Stats can always be argued one way or the other,I'd definitely take Rooney over Tevez everytime without hesitation.I'm guessing Alex Ferguson would too or he wouldn't have let him go and he seems to know a thing or two about the game.

As an aside,Ferguson or Mourinho ?

It would be like 98% Tevez if someone did so no point.

In the last couple of years hes really turned into the player he always promised to be on early versions of champ man. Gotta be in that 2nd band of best players in the world. The 1st band just has Messi, Snodgrass and Ronaldo in. He joins the likes of Iniesta, Xavi and others.

It feels good that BH agrees with me, get in there.

norrrr. Tbh im liking Raymonds idea of playing a CB RB if you can have someone like Cahill playing there. I didn't even consider that we could ask players to move positions.
