Mark Noble > Scott Parker imo.
Oh God, you cannot be serious.
I was just starting to afford you maximum respect for the Jagielka pick too.
This thread is great btw.

So no worse than we would've been when he played for us and was literrly putting in a 4/10 performance at best every single game.

I'm going to critique all teams posted just so everybody gets some feedback.....and hopefully start some arguements.
Camel - I understand RB is a tough position but I think you've leaving yourself exposed with Bardsley. I assume Nasri is playing on the right and that's wasting him a little I feel just to make room for Charlie Adam. Subs look good but feel you might be lacking somebody to change the game in centre midfield.
Maldini - First team looks good but I can't help thinking you've picked Arteta on past reputation rather than this seasons performances. The bench looks a mess. I'm praying the first XI stay fit all season.
ChipRich - 3 CB's at the back who are all used to playing as part of a back 4 seems mad. Don't like the balance of midfield. Think it could get cluttered.
Horneris - You know you're weak points, you pointed them out yourself. The right hand side. I like what you've done with the subs in terms of balance. Clearly come to win games rather than defend leads. An injury/suspension to Young could cause problems.
Sweet Pot - Gone a different way with the right back. Don't hate it don't love it. Attacking wise the team looks good. Bench seems very left side dominated. Can you afford to leave a CB out and take a RM?
That's pages 1&2. Will do more later.

Pepe Reina
Gary Cahill Nemanda Vidic Richard Dunne Felipe Calcido
Cheik Tiote
Cesc Fabregas Rafael Van der Vart
Mikael Arteta Florent Malouda
Carlos Tevez
Charlie Adam (Blackpool)
Craig Gordon (Scum)
Paul Scharner (Wigan)
Gary Cahill (Bolton)
Rory Delap (Stoke)
Craig Gardner (Birmingham)
Mark Noble (West Ham)
Matthew Jarvis (Wolves)
Santa Cruz (Blackburn)
To play 4-3-2-1 you NEED to have a stirker with experience of it, someone who will work hard and most importantly someone who will lead the line by example and score goals. For that role, Carlos Tevez is second to none. He cant do it all by himself though he needs idfielders who will get into the box and help out. Malouda and Arteta provide the natural ability on the wings, both are goal threats and I expect them both to get 15+ goals a season in this team.
Behind them I have the driving force of my team, Rafael Van der Vart and Cesc Fabregas, both are leaders. Both are winners. With them in the middle of the park I expect them to provide drive to the team and whilst giving 100% always provide optimum creativity to provide our "flair" players with the required service.
The holding role was one I really had some difficulty with, I didn't know who to put here. I eventually decided for Cheik Tiote, the main reason is the DM CANNOT afford to give the ball away. If he does then 7 of our players are infront of the ball and we will be in great danger. Cheik has fantastic distribution, in his debut he recorded 41/41 successful passes and he is a man mountain, you really struggle to get past him. I have seen it with my own eyes how effective is and if there is anyone in the premiership who can pass 5 yards to his teamates (which is crucial in this team then it is him)
I decided with my abundance of attacking flair that I needed some defenders who would defend. I'm not being desperate and putting Gareth Bale left back, or attacking defenders, I have enough attacking prowess in this team to last a lifetime. First of all I chose Gary Cahill to be my right back, the guy has a long throw, is fast, good in the air and AFAIK good at distribution. Left back I went for the very underrated Felipe Salcido, the guy was fantastic in the world cup, he is absolute rapid and all I can say is "good lak" if you fancy taking him on.
Inbetween the two full backs I put Mr Consistent (Vidic) with Mr not so consistent (Dunne) Dunne ahs all the attributes of being a fantastic defender, best in the premier league on his day and I think that alongside Vidic (who will be my captain) that he will cut the errors out and help keep as many clean sheets as possible. Behind them I put Pepe Reina, Pepe has fantastic distributional skills and this will be perfect for my fast, athletic team on counter attacks, he talks well which will be perfect (keeping Gary Cahill in position and making sure Dunne is switched on) overall I think I have a fantastic team and would fancy these to do the quadruple.
Only one to have Rory Delap on the bench too I believe.
Thoughts?

I'm not sure Gary Cahill is good enough to warrant trying to get him through twice,
