Vegas Trip

I'll be there from this Saturday (29th) through to Feb 9.
Staying at Palazzo whilst my wife is with me, then moving to Imperial Palace when she goes home, leaving me there! It'd be good to hook up with any other Blondes out there at the same time.

Palazzo to Imperial Pigeon? You expecting to go busto mid-trip luckster? Nirvana recommends Fat Al's Oyster Bar at Orleans if you fancy some sweaty seafood.

Happy to splash out on a decent room for my wife but when its just me all I need is somewhere to lay my head for the 5-6 hours / day I'm not playing poker.

Lordy. Will you be playing mostly at venetian? For those kind of hours, poker rate will be a cinch. Last time i looked, $89 midweek. It must be worth a few $$ not to bother moving?

Can't get the Venetian poker room rate at the Palazzo. One of those weird things.

Stayed at The Venetian last time and whilst I love poker and 6 hours a day is not a problem, psychologically I found that playing because I had to rather than because I wanted to, almost became a chore.
I love the Venetian but also wanted to play elsewhere. I also found that only cash games counted and tourneys didn't.
My first 6 nights at IP are costing the same as one night at Palazzo!
