Buffet... Tighty said 4 out of 10, I wasn't sure if he was referring to how many portions he had or not.

I am continually surprised at how consistently average the buffets here at the G are, compared to the good food in the restaurant.

That's all.

How polite of you not to say G buffets really are shit.

I thank you.

It was my first attempt at tact. I think it went quite well?

Sorry, chip counts were done but the GUKPT bloggers are sans internet and sans blog. Don't fancy writing them out long hand

Anyway play has resumed and we'll have news shortly, and chip counts as soon as we can

I thought about this for a while, then decided as Jeff isn't one of my greatest fans, I probably wouldn't.

However, i did take a nice picture of him just for you. He says he has about 50k and i was welcome to take a picture, but to "not expect him to smile".

If that's his reaction as chip leader I'm dread to think how gloomy he gets when he's losing.

Joe Grech got it in with 10-9 on J-8-4 against Kimber slice with 8-8

4 on the river houses Kimber up and consolidates his chip leader position

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Andy "Istabraq" Wright up over 25,000

Jeff Kimber opens for 800

Amy Trodd re-pops from the button to 2,150

Andy  on the bb moves all in for 22k

Jeff and Amy pass

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will Fry min raises in ep, gets five callers, and folds to a Kimber post flop bet on 5-3-7

pic as requested of Big Charra, looking slightly deflated after a run in with Goodwin (see what i did there?)

Flop QQ8, Checked round to Marc who bet out on button, Charra raised, pretty quick call from Marc, turn 7 Charra bet out 3k ish, Marc called, river duece, Charra sat for a while and checked, when Marc checked, Pete said you win and mucked his cards.

Marc threw his cards in face down and dealer went to show Pete's cards, folowing the rule someone has to show to claim pot. Pete quickly put his hand on his cards and motioned for Marc's to be turned over which they were to show q9.  Marc Goodwin on about 33k now.
