Had 45k with the levels at 1000/2000 100 ante, so 3900 dead chips in the pot. Utg+1 raises to 5000 with 50k behind. He's raising into a blind who hasn't turned up as well as another on the table not there, so 7 on the table. He had done this raise a round ago and it got through, so thought it likely this was marginal. The table were also very respecting of open raises mainly all folding to them.

I had 55. With an all in I increase my stack by about 1/4 and I have good fold equity so I shove and he flips over QQ and its gg me. I knew my stack was awkward to open pots with and was looking for a nice 3bet spot and thought this was it. O well. Took 45 mins to get there and now 45 mins back for about 6 hands, wooops.

Going to grind the turbos tonight and also some satellites into the biggies but preference with the turbos.

Regging for the lot tonight on pokerstars and on other sites, high buy ins, not the 500's though, not entirely mental.

Been on an 6k downswing of late, and have decided to enter tourns amounting so i am left with around 20k if i bust from all tourns as i am just above 20k atm. Feeling good and this isn't outright tilt on my part, slight bankroll management tilt, granted, but i am going to do a major shift in how i operate tomorrow and want tonight as my last cheat effort.

I normally do a 200 buy ins rule meaning with a 20k roll i can play the 109s, and this is fine enough if you can shift up and down, but i realise that i am a bankroll nit in reality and want to see the shifts as small as possible, so i am creating a 300-400 buy ins rule from tomorrow onward to help me build up slowly. It is when the swings get to me i do things like i am tonight, so this is the last allowance of it before i live the life of a monk.

bowl of rice in one of the millys and 15k in the other.

Otherwise very early doors everywhere really, had over prescribed tourns and had to take a lot out as i already have like 16.

Hope a bink comes tonight.

misplayed/got unlucky in a pot in the milly, utg min raises i go all in with ak with 20 bigs not too far behind, he was deep so looked pretty weak, he flips over AA, not been getting the best reads with my 3 betting today lol.

Been crashing out of a lot of tourns but can't really fault a lot of my play.

999/1339 in the milly
123/682 in the second chance
14/218 in the 30 cubed
94/194 in the 50 cubed

All on stars them and they are the highlights, would be nice for a conversion, or at least a score to break me even. I dunno about anyone else but i only ever care about breaking even on a night and then i can relax, it is a better feeling from the difference between making 2000 dollars profit in the night and 1000.

Out of 3 of 4 of the mentioned tourns but still in the milly, only 10 bbs with 400 odd left

34/275 in a 50r turbo as well is the only other mentionable spot.

That makes a lot more sense as a br plan, as there are basically no swings there, but i might go with 55 abi for a 22k roll just because i wanna rise a little more quickly and i have a pretty low expenditure atm. 100f for a 22k roll was what i was doing but i can't deal with that anymore.

Cashed for 4000 dollars tonight after a 2nd for 2.5k in a 99f 10k on party.

Not sure where this leaves me bankroll wise as i am waiting on a bank card reader to have a look at my balance, could of course have a look at the cashpoint but i won't be in the knowledge if that is inclusive of my recent withdrawals or not.

Whatever my situation is i am likely not to be playing for a couple for days for me to get my set up right. I have overlooked one big aspect of my learning and that is to look at training videos as i think i am a decent player but there is definitely room for improvement. Especially in my 3 betting and playing more from in position a lot lighter than i do now. Been able to get away with not learning too much recently as my pre flop game is pretty good and concentrating only on turbos has meant i needn't worry too much about anything other than good pre flop shoving and calling ranges which i have always been strong at. However, need to develop my deep stacked game.

Saying that i am already an ok player all round in tournaments and show a good account of myself but i know i am not going into every tourny with 100 per cent confidence and that is mainly because i haven't strived to learn from many sources other than my own experiences. Get some more different points of view in and i will be a more well rounded player, but need to make sure not to change the good elements of my play instead just improving upon and around them.

Need to get a solid BR plan as well in force. I need to write down and calculate the cost of my ideal grind, compare to my bankroll and the see if it is feasible. Discussed before that ideally i won't want any nights play to be more than 7.5 per cent of my bankroll and 5 per cent would be manageable. However, i am almost certainly going over 1500 dollars a day in wagering which is 7.5 per cent so i have to have a real good hard think about game selection. To be completely honest, 7.5 per cent is in itself very high, but i don't mind this as i have hardly any expenditure and should be ok moving up and down the stakes to deal with this. 2 per cent is ideal for the nightly wagering for a grinder to be super comfy, but 400 dollars wagering a night would be missing out on so much value in the higher tourns.

What i need to clamp out and what sends me on rage tilt surges is when i lay out 15 per cent or more of my whole br in one night and spunk a lot of it with bad variance, and feeling as if i knew i shouldn't have been wagering that much. If i know what i am laying each night which i currently don't i will be quelled of all future tilt because i will know what the worst that can happen is and have no surprises.

Apt, and is going to shape what I do for the next few weeks.

It has been 3 years this march since i have had any live cash, including a min cash. Urgh. As well i am pretty sure i have only cashed twice 3 years ago anyway.

Played quite a few tourns as well, probably about 20, that is pretty sick. Basically going to play any available tourn in London that gets on hendon mob, because this has got to stop.

Oh and had a $5k+ upswingaments in profits tonight online (2nd in a 100f, dealt 1st in a 120f, 2nd in a 50f, 1st in a 20f), but that isn't the point, i am pretty upset Sad
