5/10 at DTD, villain 1 is pretty unknown to me, seen him before but he seems to be fairly solid, maybe a little bit stationy postflop. Villain 2 is an aggro reg, has straddled at every opportunity and is peeling ~90% of hands from the straddle and loves to make big bluffs.

Hero (£3.5k)
SB (£1.2k)
STR (£4k)

Hero is dealt
2 folds, Hero raises to £60, SB calls, BB folds, STR calls

Flop (Pot £190):
SB checks, STR checks, Hero bets £125, SB calls £125, STR raises to £350, Hero raises to £1k, SB raises to £1.2k all in, STR raises to £4k all in, Hero ??

I don't like the flop 3bet this deep against STR. In my experience people rarely c/r bluff 3way and if its a semi-bluff you have the NFD blocker so you can happily peel. SB will then get away from tens, leaving weak draws in his range if he continues and you have position so you can play near perfectly on the turn. If your assuming SB is fairly solid i expect he has a set here, and STR (Rob yong?) to have a draw but given your read and 3balling the flop i think you have to call it off. (disclaimer: haven't stoved it)

With or without the Ah i'm just calling the 350 with pretty much everything except maybe sets in this game.  Kinda depends on your image as well but standard is definitely to just flat IMO

Would the straddle 3b JJ-KK pre/play those hands like this post flop? Is it possible for him to have a none world draw like KhQh or a retarded Tx? If his range is something like TT,55-44,T5s,8h7h,7h6h,6h3h,54s,54o then we need to be doing a fold.
