What do people think are the primary advantages to flatting? Is it a) we're worried about our equity 3way if were AIPF
b) We don't want to basically turn our hand face up and allow the BB to play perfectly
c) we feel like SB has AA** here so often that there's more EV to be gained from making him fold, then getting our stack in with 27-32% 3handed.
d) we can disguise our hand well, and given the realistic ranges for the other two should be able to take the pot on several board textures,

,

etc
Some Immeadiate cons for flatting IMOa) we have the equity right here and now (well roughly) our hand is likely to loose equity rather than gain it, so we're flatting here to fold often later in the hand
b) SPR will be ~3 and I dont think this is an easy hand to play post flop - running it's flop equity vs a few decent combo's for the other two players we rarely flop outstanding - I think we're more likely to make bad calls/folds post flop in this situation then good ones
c) When we 4bet preflop, SB still peels all his non AA** hands (which i think is ONLY AKrundowns in this spot - maybe some sick dbl paired hands) these hands play very badly vs our hand and by only flatting we are preventing him from making a -EV play, and allowing HIM to play better post flop
