Why is the UKIPT in the G casino? I thought that as it was a different tour, it would be held in all areas around the uk that weren't a casino?

pretty dissapointed, I have to deal with missing all GUKPT events, finally found a tour that I thought I could play and then they go and hold it there.

The tour visited a few casinos in season one some of them grosvenor (cov - one of the nicest casinos in UK & manc) some of them not (brighton) some of them somewhere inbetween (DTD).

This season the UKIPT has already re-visited DTD, will visit a diff casino in Aspers in Newcastle and re-visit Manchester G. The rest of the stops are hotels/corn exchange.

The logical reason for this is capacity issues, no doubt part of the reason the UKIPT Manc is having to run two flights on one of the day 1s as the GUKPT did in Brighton. FWIW I believe the UKIPT in Manc was going to be held in a different space within the casino than it is now, one that would've allowed more tables, players etc.

It's in the thread about UKIPT nottingham, someone was asking ppl on here how much the buy in was in total, as stars and dtd had 2 different prices at the time, then a debate got going about the gukpt, that's when I piped up with my comment, someone asked me how, I told them in that thread.

70% of the time, I am in the wrong, because I have a anger problem, which I am currently getting some help for. The other 30% is the fact that I have the reputation of kicking off, therefore it's kind of like the old saying (girl crying wolf)... Even when I'm not in the wrong, Once my names been mentioned that's it, game over.

And fwiw I was treated unfairly on this occasion, and I was also promised by the manager on the floor at the time, I had done nothing worng and would not face any action taken against me. Wp me for believing in people.
