Looking at booking a house for 24 people, preferably in the Cotswolds around Maytime.

Budget is £3k.

I'm useless at searching and these sites are tilting me. If anyone can link any houses / cottages etc that fit the bill that would be great.

Or this.  Pretty safe to expect 2 no-shows or 2 that get lost/fall asleep in a field.

Alot of these large places get booked up quite away in advance, for corporate stuff as well as and family/friends, especially for weekends/bank hols/ kids hols.

Get looking now! Smiley

20 man tent

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/9275812/Trail/searchtext%3E20+PERSON+TENT.htm

The other 2 people can stand guard against dingos and wolves.

Spend the remaining £2,400 on ale and take aways. Tell a local scout group that if they put the tent up for you then fk off and come back and clean up when you're done they can keep the tent.

Toasty weekend that.
