The obvious conclusion to draw from this would be that Rooks is counting his chips. Fortunately, I know Rooks pretty well and he doesn't care how many chips he has as long as he has some to keep on playing the game he loves. What he is doing here is actually having a serious word with his chips, threatening to beat the living shit out of them if they leave his stack and join somebody elses. He always does it, its fkin weird yet com.
