Im thinking of going with a non poker friend an have no idea what hotels or airlines are required an i assume the ski season is still on ? Some advice an helpful tips would be much appreciated on a nice hotel or do pokerstars get a special room rate if you play the main event? Thanks guys.

Contact Stars and ask to stay at the Meribel Hotel. If you say you're playing the tourney you will get a decent discount.

You can fly from Gatwick using Lufthansa.

You'll need a 2 hour lesson before you can ski, which will cost around £450.

Skis cost £125 per day for hire, though if you hire for a week is reduced to £75 per day.
