There isn't much Stars can do tbf to them, if they let it go then they might as well say there is no age restriction, so they have to take it off him. Didn't read the link of OP so no idea how he got caught but that's probably the fukd up bit, gg.

I watched the final table and the kid did appear very arrogant before that tourney he had won a total of 447 being in 47 dollars profit. Asking for a 650k split when you have satted for 2 dollars and holding up the split for about 15 minutes. Fair play to the winner who had already bribed someone 5k to take the deal. Do stars go unpunished in this case for allowing an underage player to play on their site.

Why not hold the money till he is 18 like tilt did on one occassion. Are they gonna go through the whole game and refund everyone who he eliminated

Doesn't Stars have to enforce this rule in order to comply with regulations?  I know they span a number of countries, but is there something in the regulations that let them operate that states that they can't allow people under the age of 18 play?

If they let this go would they be putting their business at risk at all?

These are questions, as I don't know how it all works. 

As for the 17-year old, he was daft to allow himself to get caught really.  I'm sure if he'd GIQ, then he might have got away with it?
