it wasnt the running bad i smiled at, i always laugh when my mates say "im quitting, never playing again" etc etc cos they've said it dozens of times before and are always at it the next day/week/hour even.

mmmmmmmmm

I really dont like the flop check. Don't reallllly see why we want any air in our range to chk flops IP in 4b pots, and I don't see any value to a delayed Cbet as pretty much all our LEGIT value range would wanna bet the flop.

I think my range to check this flop would be mostly marginal stuff like 88 and AQ, but i'd protect it by including some nut flush draw combo's and Qx's.

Our hand just has no value to do anything but bet fold the flop

I wouldn't raise this turn, I think our range overall plays far better for value if we don't really have a chk flop raise turn range on flush completing turns. I mean I might break this rule and do it with actual flushes only purely because I dont think I would actually expect my opponent at this stage of the game to expect me to chk parsley's on the flop, and the # of parsley parsley combo's we 4b pre isn't many so would be a great spot in a vacuum to raise a flush but very hard to balance unless we wanna throw some pretty un-feesible bluffs in, which will always be -EV vacuum plays.

Spose the best line is peel turn jam river, but as that is so unlikely to get through in this specific spot - I would just fold.

people most commonly start peeling 4bets oop with AJ and KQ in my experience. id fold. i didnt like betting the flop either.

a lot of the time he has hit a gem of a flop here with a speculative play..... hes seeing dollar signs and all the momentum shifting his way.... piss him right off and dont put in another penny
