so I've lost a bit just by eating better ..not strict but better.

thanks to everyone that got involved with this total raised to date is £681.00

there is still a couple of people that has not paid should top £700 when they do !!

oh yea and not even a fiver from Mr rupinder bedi after all the shit he has put me thru with piss takes....

a bet for George if he is man enough to take me on .........

he posts shit on my diary all the time about what would Matt say..... texts saying Matt ain't pleased with you even last night what did i have whist watching TV ...low fat yogurt or Chinese!!

so here it is George put up or shut up......

weigh in at the Monte Carlo ...dtd

then the fastest to lose 2 stone .......................for a modest prize (to charity)..or a forfit ??

i was hoping George would bite and i could have a prop bet with him ...basically to help me stay on it!!

but we went to gala last night this is a definite no no he is such a ......nope i am happy as i am kind of guy ....lol

we stopped at kebab shop on the way home he must of asked me ten times if i want one  (i did decline) i am sure this was just so he could post it !!
