Anyone had it? Giving me some right jip. Having physio and Steroid injections, really affecting my work(Electrician) Doctor says they may consider an operation if the Phsysio does'nt work.

Cortisone injection administered at your local GPs surgery - hurts like fuc hell, but is effective.

Do take the advice to wear a sling for a few days afterwards though - I didn't and it hurt more the second time around
