9 handed final, Live

6 paid

A guarantee on the top spot prize makes this unusually top heavy, payout wise

blinds 800-1600

the short-stack of 9 shoves UTG+1 for 4,000

the big chip leader with 150k of the 324k in play is a real station, appears to have hit all night, however mostly a limper and caller not an aggressor from limited experience, my not having co-tabled with him pre-final table

Raises to 9,000 in the cut off

Folded to Hero in bb with 21k (5th or 6th of 9)and

No fold equity, if I shove, he calls

Shove, or wait?

side pot = 10k so you only need to be ahead of big stacks range

From description of chip leader your coin flipping at best with his range but more often than not dominated I would pass wait for better spot, if he had shown ability to raise suited connectors and small pairs its a shove but you said he was a station and limp called rather than raised his hands

Fold given the read on the big stack imo.  How much of his raising range do we actually beat here?  AK/AQ and maybe 99/88?

Also the big stacks range is likely to be way ahead of the original shovers range, so good chance of being 8 handed where you will have fold equity on open shoves putting more pressure on the other similar stacks closer to the bubble

if the cl is usually passive and a caller then his raise must indicate something quite big... no need to stick ur nose in this one..fold and wait for a better spot...this is not a good spot if going by op..if cl was aggy then yes...but when a passive starts 3 betting just get out of the way.

u have a beautiful 3 bet shove stack and the image to get it through

Hands with 13bbs eff are very simple to analyse:

Pot odds. Ranges. Stove. (if it's close, maybe ICM calculator too)
