She was the weakest of the five, and odds on to go, before last nights episode.

However it was unbelievable that Natasha screwed up making the final. She should have been doing cart wheels when she heard the task.

I did virtually the same hospitality course as her, and even if she finished on the losing team, she should have shown plenty of knowledge/ideas to avoid getting fired.


As was said in the Your Fired programme, i think he will go for Helen for the easier life!......but would like Tom.

From the programme:

Lord Sugar decides the winner on the basis of the final task, the boardroom, and their overall performance throughout the series.

He makes his decision on the day of the final boardroom meeting. As there is a gap between the shoot and transmission (to leave time for editing), measures are taken to ensure that the outcome is kept a secret for viewers prior to transmission.

Two endings are filmed in order to ensure that the winner is not revealed in advance. Lord Sugar does not tell the production team and the finalists about the identity of his Apprentice until the day before the transmission of the final programme.

Got a bad feeling Tom's business plan is going to be a bit too out there.  Momentum going for Susan since the life story was put out there.  Helen would have been perfect for every other series apart form this one.  Jim is TV fodder for the final.

So 'Super Psychic Continually Regardless Herbie's analysis is a bit of a waste of time.

After the  buying and selling, bitching in the board room, biscuit-making, beauty treatments , remaining candidates Jim , Susan, Helen and Tom  gather for a four-way battle to determine who will set up in business with Lord Sugar, and receive a £250,000 cash injection to get their new company off the ground. Their final task is an old favourite - the interview stage - in which the hopefuls are grilled about their CVs and their business plans by the peer's trusted associates, including former assistant Margaret Mountford. Once the winner is announced, it is over to the Apprentice: You're Hired! studio, where Dara O Briain talks to all the main players about this year's series, with the help of a panel including comedian Michael McIntyre and columnist Jane Moore.

Can't wait for this.

Was really looking forward to the final and now you tell me Michael McIntyre is somehow involved?

Not fit to be in the same building as Dara, let alone the same studio
