I normally do a fold, with this kind of stack. It is just yuck when you get 3bet, going to need pretty good reads on the table to know whether to raise/call, raise/fold.

These spots are horrible as we never can quite bring ourselves to fold can we and then we go and get ourselves into a ton of trouble on an Axx board or similar.  Fold pre would be my advice and I wish I could follow it myself sometimes.

surely just opening and folding is the only line unless somehow you can find a reason to call when someone jams (not beyond the realms of possibility, but unlikely imo)

The table was really aggressive and I had been quite active. I thought I'd get 3bet loads. I didn't wanna raise fold but also didn't really like raise/getting it in with AJo. So I did a girly fold and felt all wrong inside.
